You need to make sure all your folders have been set up correctly and you have given your files and folders APPROPRIATE names.

Activity 1 Check in your user area that everything is in the correct folder. Anything relating to graphics should be in the GRAPHICS folders |

Activity 2 Check in your user area that all your documents/images have been given suitable names. Your word documents should be ok as these have been downloaded. Check your images. Rename any if necessary. |

Activity 3 Screen print a copy of your user area. Try to include all the folders and the files for GRAPHICS |

Activity 4 Paste your screen print onto a blank word document and print one copy |
