Learning aim B: Design digital animation products
Create a Character

You have been asked to create a character for the new Life and Health Scheme. This logo will be included on all literature and advertising for the new scheme. It should be bright and colourful to raise awareness and the character should be recognisable and continue to promote the scheme as time goes on.

Your requirements for the logo are as follows:

  • It must look like a cartoon like character
  • It must contain an image linked to a healthy lifestyle
  • Although the size has not been specified you should aim for around 550 pixels wide x 550 pixels high (around 5.7 inches wide x 5.7 inches high)
You need to design two Life & Health Characters on paper then choose an overall design. Your teacher will give you a sheet.
Download the CHARACTER FEEDBACK FORM and save it into your ANIMATION folder.

Get feedback from your teacher; can they give you any more feedback to help you decided on which design to choose?

Do you intend to change anything as a result of this feedback?
