Learning aim A: Design a digital portfolio
Hand Drawn Designs

Before you can create your portfolio you need to think about what you can include and how you are going to layout the content (text/image/videos/sound/animation) on the pages.

Activity 1

Ask your teacher for a copy of the PORTFOLIO DESIGN BOOK

Activity 2

Complete navigation bar designs

Colour and fineliner both designs

Choose on design and complete the section that asks which one you have chosen and why

Activity 3

Complete design decisions document. Think about the different designs you could do and write about these.

Choose on design and complete the section that asks which one you have chosen and why

Activity 4

Your navigation bar will appear at the top of each page in your final portfolio so this has already been included in the design.

Add the main content to each page in your design book. Use the layout/colour scheme etc that you chose in Activity 3.

Draw/sketch the images if possible and indicate where the text will be on the page. You do NOT need to include the text - just indicate where it will go!

Colour and fineliner the designs
